The crashes only happen for one person. I ran the system for two weeks, doing stress tests and running every application. I cannot duplicate the problem. But for the person in question sometimes it just reboots, sometimes as BSOD, sometimes it hangs. The M.2 SSD had fried. Dell replaced the drive and the OS, but I'm concerned the motherboard is shot and I've just been 'lucky' when testing. ...

Hello, Ive run into this BSOD today and i can't figure out if it is the RAM or one of the disks. Ive included the DM Log collector zip and also the minidump created, zipped as well. I run memtest on windows for 3 hours(testing 7GB out of the 8GB total), then ran the default test of memtest on BIOS for an hour and nothing there(though i do plan to let the passmark extended memory test...

I just removed some viruses in safe mode +net connection with some antiviruses and now after I completed it when I clicked restart it took a bit to boot, I mean it stays for a couple of minutes at welcome and then the screen becomes black for around 20 sec. Nothing works, everything that I open doesn't work, even the internet connection doesn't opens, it appears with an Red X. When windows open...

Hello, I have a user that's getting an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH. From when I was working on her computer, it appeared to happen when I would dock and undock her computer. I previously had disabled hardware acceleration to help fix a different issue. I turned this off and thought it fixed it but didn't. It seems to crash when Windows flashes to adjust the resolution and the program to be maximized and...

Good day I've had this problem for over a year now. I don't get the infamous BSOD Bluescreen of dead, but what I get is mostly either a Green screen, or a Red screen, occasionally just a white screen, and rarely a blue screen ... and then system just completely freezes, and I am forced to hit the hard reset button and reboot. This only seems to happen on the external monitor, the laptops...

The Win 7 version is Home Premium. The PC just won't boot. I can get into to safe mode and run sfc /scannow. It tells me it can't repair fde.dll, fdeploy.dll and gptext.dll. They are corrupt in both c:\windows\system32 and WinSxS. I have tried replacing the 3 files manually with the MS guideline of: takeown /f icacls / GRANT ADMINISTRATORS:F and them copying know good versions of the...

Hi, After switching from r9 270X to GTX 960 I have BSOD in the middle of the games and sometimes while watching movie on BS player. BSOD says DPC watchdog violation, I googled it but couldn't fix it myself. I used bluescreen view to capture the log and minidump files so here they are uploaded if anyone can look and help. ...

Hello, Within the past couple days, my PC has stopped booting to Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit). It will either freeze on the Windows logo just before the desktop or shown or it will crash as soon as the desktop/cursor appears and gives a BSOD error 0x0000007F. I'm able to boot to safe mode OK, but my options there appear to be pretty limited to resolve this issue. Google suggests that...

Attached is the zip file from the DM Log Collector program on this site. I inherited my son's old gaming computer a couple years ago. Everything worked fine until November when it started crashing. The BSOD info kept giving me a 0x00000116 error code which appeared to point to a graphics issue. I had my son replace the graphics card and the problem continued. He thought maybe it was a memory...

  • 02/08/18--17:27: BSOD "Memory Management"
  • Two days ago I came back home and tried to use my computer only to have it BSOD on me. I started it up again and tried using it normally and it randomly BSOD'ed on me again. That happened a few more times, but there isn't any obvious action that it is causing it to BSOD. I have not made any hardware or software changes recently. I've tried to figure out what was going on and have run...

Windows 7 x64, up to date. 1 Chrome tab, Explorer, foobar2000 (media player) running. Had one a month ago, though I don't remember if it was the same error. It didn't happen again so I never looked into it. Then it happened on the 6th, yesterday, and again just now. Hello! I cloned my Win 7 Professional install to an SSD using Wintool. Booted from SSD; BSOD. Managed to recover with Repair Disk. Then added old HDD. System added some drivers and requested reboot. BSOD on reboot.

So, as the title says: one of the working machines recently started crashing with BAD_POOL_HEADER. Sometimes without the BSOD even, like the power just went out (system journal and mini-dump still show BAD_POOL_HEADER), even though it's connected to the UPS. If I understand correctly, it's either a driver problem, or a faulty RAM stick. If this is a driver issue, could you help me identify which...

Whenever this computer reboots the display will go entirely black without the computer shutting off, totally non-responsive. If I force power it down it will BSOD upon boot with the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error. Another forced reboot will let it power back up without issue. I've tried updating outdated drivers (BIOS, audio, video). I disabled AV (Bitdefender). Changed the chipset driver from...

The attachments are the logs collected with dm log collector and SysnativeBSODCollectionApp. The problem first began on Windows 10 Professional x64 while listening to a college sports radio station off the internet. There are two hard drives on the machine. I reformatted the hard drives and tried to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 Professional using the Spring Creator DVD and the Fall...
