BSOD after upgrading Windows 7 Pro x64 to Ultimate x64
About my pc's OS:
Windows 7 Professional x64 (came with pc)
Upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 via System Properties
As soon as the first reboot after upgrading to Ultimate, the BSOD started
appearing randomly during boot up only.
I am unable to System Restore prior to Ultimate, those Restore Points
return Unable to Restore.

Bsod 1-3 times a day,for years, usually when browsing or playing vids
I've tried everything to fix this motherboard/cpu over the years. Switched out every other piece of hardware in the box at one time or another. Tried different video cards, power supplies, Drives, updated Mboard bios, drivers, yada yada. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

5 BSODs, Some playing games, some not. (ntoskrnl.exe)
I've encounted 5 BSODs over the past few days. They seem sporactic. Today I've gone the entire day without one, yet two days ago I had three in the span of a few hours.
* The first one occured when I opened the program Discord.
* The second occured shortly (appx 3 mins) after launching World of Warcraft.

Ive had a few of these 'driver irql_less_or_not_equal' errors over the last few months. Usually during gaming sessions or performing heavy duty simulation work.

For some days I have all the time a blue screen after a few minutes.
I try everything: Check ram (memetest, memetest86, ram windows diagnostic), change the ram modules and port DIMM
The safe mode works fine for many hours so i guess its not an hardware problem ?!

Blue Screen problem
My earlier hard disc did not open after many blue screen that appear, I did not bother about the blue screen then. Later I changed the hard disc and it is 3 month old again blue screen appeared today. I have uploaded the log collection in zip file, please consider.

Puzzling BSOD issues with ntoskrnl.exe
Hi, first time posting here and I could really use the help.
I have been experiencing weird BSOD issues these past 2 days and thus far have been unable to put my hand down on what is causing it. The issue is intermittent too so it is really frustrating.
I have been running memtest overnight and it gave me 0 errors with 7 passes.

Random crashes at night while it's supposed to be sleeping
I suspect that Windows Updates have caused some of my problems. I have a Logitech wireless mouse and wireless keyboard and had to turn off a setting in the keyboard driver that was preventing sleep because of the keyboard, after a Windows Update. Then it started these random shutdowns during sleep.
