Hi, Recently my PC has been jibbing out while I have been playing video games, mainly Kerbal Space Program. Originally I thought that it might be a recent update to the game so rolled it back to a "previous stable release", but that hasn't solved anything. I don't know where to begin to identify the problem. Can anyone offer a solution or best course of action please? Thanks

Hello All, So today I attempted to install the latest Nvidia Driver from their official website. While the installation process was being carried out my monitor went to sleep (no signal from the computer) and never came back, even though my pc was still running. So after waiting for a while I manually restarted the computer (power button) and booted in safe mode. Here I was met with a problem...

Recently, I've been having very random program freezes (Firefox will lock up, then maybe Steam), and I have to wait a couple minutes for everything to "settle down". If I'm on a Skype call, the call will usually disconnect and sometimes Skype will crash claiming a disk i/o error. Sometimes I have to restart my computer my computer, either using the windows option or forcefully with the power...

Hello, I have been getting BSOD's that I haven't been able to link to anything and am frustrated by this... Although they seem to appear less often when I put the computer to sleep instead of shutting it down. I only have 3 memory dumps right now as I forgot to un-tick memory dump cleaning in CCleaner. Edit: Somehow deleted a part of the name for this thread "Seemingly random BSOD's"

I posted earlier today about a T440p laptop that was crashing during sleep. Another user at our organization is having similar issues on his Lenovo W541 laptop. The issue is that after being put to sleep, the laptop sometimes does not successfully resume, leading to the black screen on resume that gives you the options to start windows normally or boot in safe mode. It happens inconsistently,...

The user was in Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, clicked on a link and the computer BSOD'd. This computer has had problems before with a bad hard drive. I suspect the disk controller on the motherboard is bad but I would like someone to verify from the minidump file. I Googled the blue screen dump messages using Nirsoft's blue screen reader, but they came up with very long forum postings...

I've been having BSODs multiple times a day for a few months now. I removed some windows updates that caused the problem, and that worked for awhile, but they're back with a vengeance. I'm surprised I got this full message here before I got another one... I've attached all the dumps since it started happening, but they're tagged with the dates so you can look at only the most recent if you...

Hi, thanks for looking! I have a well-maintained Win7 machine. Am seeing multiple BSODs and then reboots per day. Happens when machine is idle or occasionally in use. Noted in one of the BSOD screens that it mentioned Driver IRQ and netio.sys I think. Recent changes include when Norton 360 was expiring I uninstalled it and tried FortiClient from Fortinet. I got too many false positives so I...

Hi everyone. A couple days ago I dusted my Dell Laptop computer with a can of compressed air and ever since then, I have been getting BSOD at random times when I play games on my laptop. It doesn't happen every single time I play a game but it happens frequent enough for it to be a problem. It happens with more than one game so I know that it isn't the game causing the problem. Hello So about a week ago I started receiving the BSOD fairly frequently, about once or twice a day on average. I'm fairly concerned at this point because I do not have any system restore points that date back before the BSOD began occuring. The error I receive when my system crashes consistently says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Additionally, I recently downloaded BlueScreenView to view the...

Hello All, I have a real bear of an issue here. I was recently prompted to update my Nvidia graphics drivers, just as I was shutting down the setting to go to my job. I allowed the drivers to update, and then had the system shutdown instead of restarting after the install process. When I returned after work and rebooted the system, I was greeted with a BSOD, to the effect of "STOP:...

I purchased a new computer November 2014. No hardware changes or newly installed hardware were made since then. From April 7, 2015, suddenly I experienced a BSOD for the first time. So far there were 4 instances of BSOD (April 7, May 29, June 9, and June 25). I tried using BlueScreenView, but I have difficulties to pinpoint what exactly causing it because it will always pinpoint to...
