BSOD while playing games (Borderlands 2, Stalker, League of Legends)..

My graphics drivers have caused BSODs in the past, just wanted to know if this was anything specific/different in which there would be a different way of dealing with it. BSOD from ClickerHeroes, maybe ArcheAge and GoogleChrome, one on start
First BSOD was from playing a browser flash game called ClickerHeroes, a few months back. Stopped playing it, BSOD went away. ~2/3 days ago I installed ArcheAge and I've had a BSOD once or twice while playing it(but I was alt tabbed I think.), and I think twice while on Google Chrome. I think I was on Youtube when they happened.

I built my computer a few months ago (July) and have been experiencing a BSOD very often recently. I wasn't doing anything different when it started happening, no new programs or anything.

BSOD - Not sure of issue, DM log fire attached
I am not 100% what is causing my issues, I am pretty sure it is my very bad used GPU that is doing it.
It happens randomally during gaming (Not even intensive gaming). Watching Netflix. Playing Solitaire.
Never happens on a shut down, or restart, or just when doing nothing. Its usually when something visual happens.

BSOD - Or computer Freeze - Random times - frequency varies
Hello for the past few years I have been getting either blue screens, or random system freezes at varying intervals but I'd say on average 2 times a week. It seems to happen when doing something that is cpu/memory intensive but will happen at other times as well. So, during Christmas, I received an 850 Pro as a gift. After the upgrade, I installed a fresh copy of WIn 7 ULtimate, as well as all the required drivers. I started experiencing BSODs after I put the computer to sleep or wake it up. It does not happen all the time, but 3 out of 5.

Solved BSOD while connected to my customer's VPN.
While connected to my customer's VPN this morning, I received a BSOD several times.
I was using Microsoft Outlook 2013, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, and Oracle SQL Developer at the time of the error.
