Over the last few weeks I've been seeing BSODs, and I figured it's time to do something about it. Today it's happened twice, with the first error being an "APC_INDEX_MISMATCH," which got stuck on initializing a .dmp file. This was after playing some Civ5, as in quit, left the r oom, came back to a BSOD (while playing I forgot to turn on vsync, temps ~70C- higher than I like but well...

BSoDs randomly on various of games
My computer gets a BSoD at random places. Sometimes it gets a BSoD after a game crash, sometimes it gets it on a launch of a game and sometimes it gets a BSoD mid-game.
When I interact with a game, and the computer gets a BSoD, it crashes blaming atikmpag.sys.
When I interact with a non-game, and the computer gets a BSoD, it crashes blaming usbhub.sys.

Every times randomly, i have a BSOD critical_object_termination same with new installation of windows.
I solved problem with a downgrade and new update Nvidia drivers but today my problem of BSOD restart. :cry:

BSOD 0x00c5 errors can't diagnose reason
Hey! :( My computer has suddenly started to BSOD with error c5 Driver Corrupted Expool anytime I try to do anything. Did it once (not after anything was installed or any software updates just randomly) and will BSOD as soon as I try to "do things" even on reboot.
If I boot and let it sit (don't load anything) it will runs for hours no BSOD but as soon as I start doing things Itll Bluescreen...

BSOD playing World of Warcraft, error 0x116 TDR

So a few days ago everything was working fine. Then I went to my friends house and I came back the day after. I booted up my PC and started browsing the internet. After a while I decided to fire up World of Warcraft. I logged in and usually the FPS count is pretty low(10 fps) untill the game loads up completely. But this time the FPS never went up even though the game was fully loaded....

BSOD playing games, error 0x00000003b bsod
Hi guyz.
I have problem with my pc, very often when i play here comes the bsod, its in games like CS: Global Offensive, and Risen 2...
so i reinstaled windows from w7 64 ultimate to w 8.1, but in w8.1 i had bad ressolution and it aint show mine graphic card, only some basic card. So i put back w7 64 ultimate.

Random BSODs, dm log files attatched
I've only seen these happen once but I know they are happening at least once every other day because my computer restarts randomly. This is a Dell e4200 laptop with a 5GB ssd. It has a fresh (2 week old) win 7 install. Any ideas would be great.

BSOD while idle and gaming. Dumps Inc.
I've had my pc about 9 months now and out of the "blue" about a month ago my computer freezes up, goes black then reboots itself.. After it loads, I normally have an error message from Windows saying I had a BSOD.

Assortment of Different BSOD's - Started off with BAD_POOL_HEADER
I was having BSOD's for a couple of months, finally got time to look into it. I had two dead hard drives inside my case, still connected. I assumed they were the culprit for the BSOD's, but i've removed them.

Normally happens whilst browsing the internet at random points and happens at least once a day. Other times the laptop would just restart or just freeze.

RANDOM BSOD/Recent Stop Codes: 0x00000050 and 0x0000001A
Intermittent BSOD when awakening from hibernation and when surfing internet. The laptop will also restart itself following a fresh restart (it comes up, shuts itself down and starts again). BSOD showing after every 30 minutes on computer
Hi,
My Lenovo thinkpad T430s is showing the blue screen after every 30 minutes for the first 3 or so hours when I first begin to use it. I hve attached the minidump files.

BSOD's starting randomly from 2nd Sep. Have happened 4 times since.
The first time it happened was the 2nd of September, from there it has BSOD'd 3 more times and I have no idea why. I haven't changed, installed or uninstalled anything at all.
The BSOD's happen randomly too, my PC will be running perfectly fine then a BSOD just happens, there's no other symptoms or anything that happens prior to the BSODS.
