Hi guys, I have a relatively new Asus K53U laptop (It's only about a year old). Every time I close the lid of the laptop it goes to BSOD. It also gives me a Bluescreen sometimes just sitting idle (athough this isn't that frequent). I've tried almost everything; reinstalled windows, updated the BIOS, changed the close lid settings, regularly dust, scanned for viruses/malware/spyware, but nothing...

Hi My computer has been getting the BSOD frequently (sometimes once a week, sometimes once a day, sometimes more frequently) since I bought it new over 4 years ago. I've sent it back to the manufacturer twice within the warrantee period with no improvement. I'm hoping someone with more technical expertise can assist me. I've copied problem details on one of the reports below. Please Help me...

Iv been having problems with running certain steam games over the last 6 months, the problem has been bad as of late. Im afraid it might be due to hardware failure as a stress test I was running with Hot cpu lite ended up in BSOD after 4.5 hours. Below is the dump file, If someone who knows what it means can tell me if I need new hardware I would much appreciate it.

Hello, I have a computer that gets a BSOD. It appears to be random. The only thing that I can think of that we did different at the time this started happening was plug in and install a Western Digital external hard drive. I have uploaded the dump files and system information for you to view. Thank you, Joshua Davis

Hi all, I know this is very ambiguous, but one of my Windows 7 computers at work, a Dell Optiplex 390, has repeatedly experienced BSOD crashes over the past year. This occurs when it is being used for web browsing, and when it is left on and not being actively used. Examining the system log after crashes does not reveal anything. The BSOD shows up and goes away so quickly it's difficult to...

Hi, I have just installed Windows 7 Professional on my Dell Latitude laptop. The purpose of the laptop is to stay on 27/7 and collect data from 2 serial ports. The two serial ports that are connected are a GPS receiver where the binary GPS data is logged using the GPS receiver manufacturers software, and a meteorological sensor which captures pressure ant temperature data and puts it onto a...

Hi all, Recently my PC has begun to crash (mainly when playing games). Sometimes I get the BSOD, sometimes it just outright restarts without it. It begun with a blue screen error: *PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA*. I restarted and all seemed OK. Though after a while, I think a few minutes after booting up a game, it crashed again. I got a different blue screen error this time:...

This has only been happening for the past few days and I haven't yet noticed any link between the times it's happened, so I don't have any idea what may be causing it. :[ I've attached both of the file options, so hopefully they'll be of use. Thank you so much in advance!

I rendered a video no less than 4 days ago without any problems, yet today when I try to render a video using Sony Vegas Pro 12, the windows on my screen will stop responding (I can still move my mouse around by this point) and the computer will crash (BSOD). This came as a complete surprise to me, since I've been using this program to render projects for quite some time now. I tried turning off...

Hi, Well the title is pretty self-explanatory. It mostly happens when I leave idle/play CS:GO for a long time. (e.g. i will play CS in the early afternoon, leave the house while CS is in the menuscreen-or let me lil bro play-, come back late night, have a game, crash) PS: I must add it's a pretty old device. Had not been used for a few years because of a faulty videocard. Summer of 2013 I...
