I have uploaded the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe .rar as asked.
Basically, my Win 7 BSOD back when I had my 360 controller hooked up to it.
Well I noticed that the controller's wires were weak at the connection, when I moved it, it would unplug and plug, and enough of that would cause the BSOD.
So I then moved to the ps3 motionjoy controller.
Everything was working fine till last night.

BSOD/restarts/program crashes when doing graphically intensive things
I have suspicions that it may be heat damage to my graphics card, due to a fan pointing in the wrong direction. I would, however, want to run this past you guys.
P.S. How would you go about getting a copy of the information displayed on the BSOD log, so I can post it - to aid you further.

BSOD While Running Plex Media Server
I just built a media server and after I installed Plex Media Server, the system will either freeze or goto BSOD sometimes within minutes and other times after a few hours (idle or in use) if Plex Media Server is running. I exited out of Plex Media Server, ran Prime95 for 12 hours and no problems. Ran Memtest86+ for 12 hours and no problems. No BSOD when Plex Media Server is not running.

When runnning HD Tune Pro (http://www.hdtune.com/), a BSOD pops up creating a dump which "whocrashed" analyzed as :

BSOD playing games for 15-20 minutes, error 0x00000050
I recently upgraded to a gtx 760.
Earlier I didn't used to play games that much so don't know if the BSOD problem while playing games would've been there since before.
I ran furmark at highest resolution a 8xmsaa for a long time, it didn't crash or anything. GPU temp reached a max of 81C.
The BSOD's I get are only during games. It happens anytime between 15-30 minutes of gameplay. 30 Minutes...

Random BSOD, error 0x00000109
Not sure at to what has caused it, but it started five or so days back and happens every thirty minutes on average, although the time between crashes can often change, becoming longer or shorter for no apparent reason. I have updated most of my drivers (a slow process as the free program I have will only update two drivers per day)

Randomly occurring BSoDs related to hardware
I've been having blue screens with my laptop for a while. They seem to be related to hardware/memory, although running memory tests yield no errors. I've switched out the ram and the hard drive and they continue to occur. I've tried updating a lot of my drivers, which again, does nothing. I can't seem to decipher these crash dumps on my own, so could somebody take a look at them for me?

What i dont get is the fact that i buildt 2 exactly like pc`s, well nearly... i got 750 power and additional grafix card compaired to the second build with 650power. They both run Win7 ultimate 64bit. All updates installed, device manager a ok on both. No2 got 1 inn fan and 2 out fans.
