He everyone, My laptop (windows 7 on Dell XPS) decided to stop working today. When I was doing a lot of tasks at the same time it started to hang and I decided to reboot it by holding the on/off button. When it turned back on there were only two options: boot normal or repair boot. The normal booth gave a BSOD with 'unmountable_boot_volume' and the repair boot gave a desktop screen with only a...

I have attached the zip folder from the Diagnostics Tool. I had this problem at the beginning of the summer so I did (at recommendation of my roommate who built it) an RMA for as much stuff as I can. It worked for 4 days of 6 hours a day playing rome total war on max (not the most intensive) and only started blue screening when I got an internet connection.

It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing at the time of the crash either, any help would be much appreciated. Here's the crash report: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: ...

Everything was fine with my computer until Tuesday when I got a random crash. What actually happened was I was watching a video and the sound just started to skip and the computer froze. No BSOD and I have to turn off my computer. So I get that kind of crash or a BSOD that sometimes doesn't create a dump file. I have been doing research on this for a while now and I have tried many things so far....

In the last few days my computer has started consistently (~50%) blue screening after I've put it to sleep. Upon waking it up it informs me about how it wasn't able to shut down correctly, and once I get to the desktop, about the BSOD that occurred. I'd be grateful if you could assist me in finding out and eliminating the cause.
