At first I thought I had fixed the problem with faulty RAM but unfortunately it was only temporary. The problems are occurring more often. I downloaded the SF_Diagnostic Tool, ran it using the administration option but when I press the grab all button. It returns unhandler exceptions error. I do however have a dump file that I used WhoCrash to read.

Solved BSOD while hybernating/leaving computer unattended for a while

Randomly occurring BSoDs (Win 7x64)
My laptop (Dell Latitude D630) has been receiving BSoDs on a regular basis and I'm not sure what's causing them. A full reinstall seemed to rectify some of them, but they still occur sporadically and not under any specific circumstances.
I've upgraded the memory from 2GB to 4GB and also upgraded the hard drive, so I'm not sure if either of these will be a cause. I have a sneaky feeling the Ram...

BF3 & Crysis 2 freezing '.exe stopped responding', and BSOD's
Just in the last week I've been getting .exe has stopped responding when playing 3D games. Battlefield 3 and Crysis 2, they will freeze, I then have to ctrl+alt+del out and see the underlying window with 'bf3.exe' or 'crysis2.exe' has stopped responding and will close.
Sometimes I can play for 30 minutes, sometimes only 5 minutes before they will freeze.

BSOD 0x0000008e ataport.sys after sleep mode
I just had this BSOD several minutes ago on a Dell Dimension 5100 (which I'm typing this from right now). I know the hard drive I am using has bad sectors. The other drive didn't do this. I may try out the other drive since it still has Windows 7 on it. I also had two other BSODs with different error codes. Also, what all will the minidump file show?
