Display driver has stopped responding and has successfully recovered
I recently face this error, which will eventually make my laptop (HP probook 4525s) to crash and display the BSOD,it seems to occur everytime i try to install the AMD ATI driver for my videocard. i used the SF diagnostic tool and here are the results. My video card is an Ati Radeon HD 5470.

BSOD issue that has popped up with "ntoskrnl.exe"

Random PC crash, no BSOD dump

BSOD playing FarCry2 bugcheck was 0x00000124

Random BSOD's. Most commonly error 0x000000A1.
I've been getting BSOD's at random times. From web browsing to playing games sometimes it just crashes. This is coupled with overall slow performance and programs acting up like chrome constantly crashing. I had this issue before but I got a new GPU which I thought would help the problem but I'm still getting crashes.

BSOD every hour or so
I'm getting BSODs approximately every hour or so, and I think my hard drive or cables are the issue. After the BSOD, one of my hard drives is sometimes unrecognized until a few boots later.
The BSOD error messages vary, but the most common one is 0x0000007A (0x0000000000000020, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009D)

Lockup & Horizontal Lines on Dell E6410 Screen
I have a Dell E6410 and of late I have noticed that my system locks up with horizontal lines on my screen. No keys work and I have to hit the power button to shut down and restart.

BSOD after about 50 minutes of idle time
I am having a real problem tracking this problem down. The machine behaves perfectly during normal use but if a I walk away and leave it, typically, after about 50 minutes I get a BSOD. BSOD while watching Flash Video, err:0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I recieved this BSOD a few minutes ago, without warning. I was watching a flash video, when all of a sudden the screen corrupted and a blue screen appeared with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and 0x0000000A.

BSOD on startup with verifier active, computer also restarts itself
Computer freezes sometimes when playing DOTA2 or CSGO. Also, computer sometimes restarts itself but fails to boot into windows and goes into a reboot cycle for 3 or 4 reboots until it is able to boot back into windows. I turned on verifier and received a BSOD.

Several BSODs following power outage. Varying BCCodes and frequency.
I recently built a pc and hadn't had time to buy a battery backup when the power went out unexpectedly while I was on it. The computer seems to be acting the same way it did when I had to force a shut down a month or so ago. At that time it was the hard drive causing all my BSOD woes. BSOD ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C40) & fltmgr.sys (fltmgr+0x22751)
The BSODs do not seem to happen at any specific time.
The computer is an HP with a Pegatron 2A86 Mobo.
I plan on running MemTest86 and will have images uploaded tonight.
