BSOD 0x00007 and 0xc0000428 error

Hello, I have been working on it for many hours, but i give up... No more ideas. I had got 2x640GB in raid 0 and single 1,5TB HDD. One of HDD in matrix is dying (bad sectors) so i bought another 1,5TB and made another raid0 with 2x1,5TB. But after that my system couldn't get up - I had to rebuild bcd and it helped.
