Alright so my mom did something stupid on her laptop and it crashed I guess, the screen loads from like the home screen and it gets to the login part but the login doesn't show up it's all black with only the mouse cursor and she says if she doesn't get her laptop fixed shes cutting off the internet :( I CAN'T LIVE WITH OUT MY NET! please help me.
