BSOD at start up.

Hello all. Lately (over the past couple of months) my PC has been freezing randomly when opening new tabs on Chrome. I've also noticed during a cold start up (12+ hours of being shut down) it will freeze at the "Starting Windows..." screen. Today while starting, I was greeted by a BSOD.
