BSOD playing TF2, error 0x000000d1 (amdk8.sys)

Hi, I am getting a BSOD when playing TF2 (Team Fortress 2). Here is a screenshot of all the dump files that have been created most times when I play. The viewing program is BlueScreenView by Nirsoft.
