BSOD before and after reformat

This is my first post. I am really hoping someone is able to assist me with an issue I am having. So basically, I was playing Diablo 3, and out of nowhere I received a BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys). This is the first time since release that I have received this error (or even a BSOD for that matter). After a restart, i tried to update the driver with no luck.
