PC freezing and random BSODs

Hi, I’ve been getting these BSODs since last September, when I had to change my hard drive, and my PC has also been freezing a lot and I have to restart it every time. It’s always random, I can’t really see a pattern… I’ve run Memtest86 and found nothing, and had all the drivers updated with SlimDrivers.
