Attached info as per instructions. I've seen it caused by hal.dll or ntoskrnl.exe mostly in bluescreenview. I thought it was related to graphics driver, but have already uninstalled/reinstalled....it seems it was triggered by Adobe flash a few times when watching a video, but today it happened without any video running.
