Hi there...
Been getting these random BSODs for a few weeks now, mostly with Black Ops 2...only once or twice with BF3.
I've tried just about everything...updating the BIOS and various drivers, unplugging keyboards and mice, running memcheck and chkdsk...
The main processes are: ntoskrnl.exe,ntkrnlmp.exe (http://www.google.com/search?q=ntkrnlmp.exe) and partmgr.sys
