HP Pavillion dv9720us. About 6 years old. I've been running Windows 7 for about 2 years with minimal problems. I can't download the diagnostic tools because it crashes too quickly. We recently moved and switched to AT&T 6mg DSL. We had Comcast 20mb non-DSL cable before. I can connect to the wireless DSL just fine, but this must somehow be causing my BSOD issue.
