BSOD's very frequent from dxgmms1.sys

Hello to all, I will be straight to the point. I have been getting at least 2 or 3 BSOD's every week. Recently, I upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and also put it on a new SSD and along with that came a new graphics card (GTX 560).
