BSOD during games and 3D Applications

Hey, So yesterday I was playing Planetside 2 and randomly hit a BSOD. I didn't think too much of it but it happened again today whilst I was using 3DS Max. My PC has been on for a good few hours but it wasn't heating issues, all my temps seem fine and GPU is between 30-60c and CPU is normally around 20-50c.
