BSOD without actually blue screen, at no specific time.

Hi My PC began having these random crashes a few months ago, but since they were rare I didn't really bother about them. The one joining factor about the crashes is that every time, the screen goes fuzzy with lots of different colors in a static-pattern before the computer shuts down.
