Perpetually blue screen in windows, even after reformatting.

Hello, My computer keeps crashing in windows for some strange reason. On occasion, I get an official blue screen crash, and on said occasions the error is 0x000000F4. I have installed no upgrades to my computer. I have not only reinstalled windows, but I've deleted the partition and created it anew before reinstalling a new copy of windows.
