I was just browsing in chrome when my PC suddenly crashed. I started the PC again only to crash when getting to the desktop. All the temperatures were normal before the BSOD. I hope the attached files can help you to...

Hi Guys. New here but hoping for some help. My computer components are listed in my profile. I just built a brand new computer from scratch. Every component is new except for the Strix 970 graphics card. I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this myself with no luck. I get random BSOD, sometimes when browsing webpages or even when the computer is idle.

I get a BSOD for the first boot of the day, however a reboot works, and if I restart the computer again it is also ok. I thought it might be a memory problem but a memtest doesn't show any issues. I have followed the BSOD instructions and have attached the zip. This is my first post so hope I have done everything correctly. Thanks for any help.

I recently replaced my original desktop hard drive about a month ago. Things have been working great for the first few weeks, but this last week I started to get a combination of two things: BSOD and 100% CPU usage which would cause me to have to restart my desktop in order to get it working again. Things I have done to try and alleviate the problem is I have updated my drivers to the latest...

APC_Index_Mismatch BSOD

I've been given this laptop roughly 3 days ago and received this BSOD. I've tried windows recovery disk, chdsk /r, sfc /scannow, PartitionMagic to recover the partition (Windows repair failed due to bad sectors) and I am pretty much at a loss. From my limited understanding of WinDbg, BlueScreenView, and WhoCrashed, it seems like the error lies within "ntkrnlmp.exe". Unfortunately I have no idea...

I have this laptop that constantly gives me the BSOD when I reach the login screen. I've reviewed the BlueScreenView, WinDbg, and WhoCrashed. From my VERY limited understanding of DMP files, it seems like the issue lies within "ntkrnlmp.exe". Unfortunately I'm not sure where to go from there so i've tried running the windows recovery tool, chdsk /r, sfc /scannow, and partition magic recovery tool...
