BSOD playing Any Game, dxgmms1.sys......Plss help... :'(

BSOD every time after fresh install of windows 7
I ran into some computer trouble a couple of months ago. I was having random shut downs and a constant loop of power on for two seconds and power off. Even when it would fully post, the computer would crash after a few minutes. I have RMAed every part in my computer so far, but I am still getting BSOD crashes. This has become very frustrating. BSOD after interrupting Windows Update, error 0x000000F4
My vaio computer started shutting down, I tried to disrupt the shutdown by reopening my browser. It completely shutdown anyway, it then proceeded to update Windows. I did not want the update so I force shut it down by holding the on/off button till it fully shutoff.

PC freezes randomly 2-3 times a day
My PC has started freezing randomly twoor three times each day and I have to turn the power off to restart. I really need some assistance to solve this. I have read the forums and:
Opened in safe mode and performed cleanboot-still freezes
Startup Repair from original Windows 7 CD 3 times-report says startingcorrectly.

BSOD while watching Youtube

Black screen stuck after booting with mouse cursor
Hi,
After booting Window 7 stuck on black with mouse cursor. While booting window 7 logo appears.
I try to some keyboard key like Ctrl+Alt+Del & Ctrl+Shift+Esc which is not working in black screen. But whenever I press Shift ket 5 times Sticky keys window pop up.

Please help debugging these minidump files
