My PC has been on and off BSODing for a while now intermittently but recently it has become a definite inevitability when playing games. The PC runs stable when not playing any games but will crash usually within 5-20 minutes when gaming. BSOD - Usually after computer awakes out of sleep mode.
The computer has trouble booting after bsod. i try safe mode, 'repair computer' and/or combination of the two, in order for it to re-boot.
i ran memory tests and chkdsk, both come back clean. problems started a month or two after i swiped out defective motherboard. old motherboard had gpu, new one does not.

Hi,
I recently overclock my pc....offset overclock at 4.4 ghz @ 1.24v...after that...
1. I run 24 hours Prime95 and stable no bsod
2. PC has no problem doing web browsing and other things
3. Run Skyrim Ultra High setting using Mod Organizer...within 15 minutes the system crashes and sometimes hanged
4. Stress test GPU using Furmark...no issues....

Getting Random BSODs.
I have done a ton of trouble shooting of what the problem may be. I thought I made a breakthrough when I thought the new NVIDIA drivers were bad and reverted back to old ones. I have a W7HP SP1 x64 Dell Inspiron 15Z Ultrabook model 5523, 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD, that is blue-screening so much I can't accomplish any type of troubleshooting anymore.
