BSOD playing League of Legends, Using "GeForce Experience" program

I started getting a BSOD 2 days ago when playing league of legends. I thought it was a driver issue so I tried using the "GeForce Experience" program to try and update my Nvidia GeForce GT 555M driver but doing so also resulted in a BSOD.

Kernel data inpage error (NTFS.sys)
hello ,
i get a bsod last 2 weeks and i try to find out why. I checked memory(ram) ,updated all drivers and did windows updates,checked also hard drive and video adapter and all seem to be fine. I run tweakbit and safe mode troobleshooting and it says that problem is tackled successfully . However BSOD still appears. Any suggestions/ideas acceptable!

My PC has taken to randomly rebooting lately.

BSOD starting CS: GO, Remember Me, changing refresh rate of monitor

For a long time now I'm having almost random BSODs and cannot figure out why. It seems that starting CS:GO or Remember Me triggers BSOD almost every time so as changing the refresh rate of my monitor (from 144Hz to 60Hz).
