BSOD on shutdown, irql_not_less_or_equal ntoskrnl.exe
Lately, my PC has been blue-screening after shutdown. Never during anything, but once I hit shutdown, it logs off, shuts down, and then just before I would expect all the case lights to turn off, I get an irql_not_less_or_equal ntoskrnl.exe BSOD.

BSOD Playing Diablo 3, League of Legends
BSOD always says SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. This has been relatively common since I received the machine. When I received it, it was running fresh install of Windows 7 Professional x64 and a new set of RAM. Tried switching the video card with an AMD one to no avail (switched them back before this BSOD).

BSOD caused by driver (ntoskrnl.exe) /adress (ntoskrnl.exe+72a40)
Got my first blue screen of death tonight, had 2 firefox opened one watching youtube video another browsing internet. After bsod it restarted i login but just black screen with cursor, ctrl alt delete worked so i shut my computer down. Boot up normally after, check my minidump file, bsod cause by ntoskrnl.exe. Laptop hang with buzz sound, persist after reformatting
Not sure if mine is considered BSOD (there isn't any blue screen, it just hang/freeze with buzz), my laptop just hang there and frequently comes with a buzz sound. It depends on the program being in use. With media playing (Browser stream or MPC), there will be a buzzing sound when it hang. If it was on a normal window explorer, there isn't any.

Constant blue screen after replacing HDD, any ideas? (pic attached)
My HDD failed and I bought a 4TB SSHD from Seagate. I reinstalled windows 7 and now keep getting this error at least once a week if not more. Any ideas?

BSOD when starting my PC, should be caused by video card driver
When I start my PC and goes to the login screen, my PC just stop responding and some blue flickering spots appear on my screen.
Then a BSOD shown up and said
"attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed"
This continue to happens when I reboot my PC.
I downloaded my video card driver from the Nvidia website so it's not a third-party driver.

Getting BSOD randomly but mostly while playing games
I recently wiped my computer in hopes of getting rid of the BSOD problem but after I reinstalled the OS and all of my hardware I tried to play a game and got the BSOD again. After I booted up my computer it gave me this error report.

BSOD when alt-tabbing from full screen to desktop, sometimes when idle
I've noticed that my computer would be more proned to BSOD-ing when I alt-tab from a full screen game to the desktop. I thought it had something to do with my video card so I've replaced it with a new video card and the problem is still occuring. Also, my computer would BSOD when it's just idling.
I also do recall seeing dxdiag.sys whenever it BSODS sometimes.

Hey! I was watching a movie, then presses the power button on my wireless keyboard (which puts computer to sleep). When I went to turn computer back on it turned on for a second and then back off, and then I tried to turn it on again, but a blue screen showed up for a second and then it resumed start up.
