As title says my Computer keeps BSOD and I have reformatted twice and the problem still persists. I have looked for other quick fixes but none seem to be working so I think I am out of my element and need some assistance form people who know how to assess these mini-dumps. I ran driververifier.exe and it definitely seemed to be overloading everything, but the problem came back when I turned off....

BSOD from skype and downloading game
I was downloading a game @ 30mb/s (idk if the downloading speed was relevant) and was on skype (not in a call) and nothing else. Computer BSOD-ed with CDD.DLL error. The cpu was recently O.Ced (but was stable with prime 95 for 30min+ and have been fine while gaming.)
I O.Ced the ram as well from 1333mhz to 1666mhz.

Looking for picture resulted in BSOD

I'm suffering from persistent BSOD while running Plex Media Server and playing Hearthstone. It never BSOD unless either one of these programs is running. Every single crash reports the bug check code 0x000000c5 and the crash address ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0.

BSOD shuting down laptop ASUS M70Vn on Windows 7 x64

Recently I have trouble when shuting down my laptop.
It stays a long time saying "Shuting down" and then I have a BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
And my laptop reboots.
I used "Blue Screen view" to analyse dump files and it said that ntoskrnl.exe is the source of the problem.

ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 Causing multiple BSOD
This is a 4 month old build, that has been plagued by this kernel. 16BG of Kingston extreme ram, Intel I7 4790K processor, Gigabyte Motherboard and a later added EVGA 4GB video card. All inside of a corsair 750 case and 750W PS.
I do have an Associates in Networking and computer tech but I have never diagnosed a blue screen problem before so this is all new to me.
