Happens at night after I've left the computer on, and turned my monitors off. My power settings are all "high performance" so there is no sleep, suspend usb, etc etc. Seems to happen after a few to several hours of idle time. It's the same error code always, but does not cite the faulty driver. However Blue Screen Viewer says it is atikmdag.sys and dxgkrnl.sys. I've tried the hot fixes...

BSOD only while transcoding video. It's happened for a while as you can see in the log files. The earlier ones are from creating a video with cyberlink power director and all the ones from 11/27 and 11/28 are using handbreak transcoding DVD rips. I can't recall this computer ever BSOD while doing anything other than video creation.

Since I moved to college, I decided to ship the desktop I built to my apartment. I had invested a decent amount into it so I didn't want to go many many months without using it. I decided to ship it via USPS after taking it apart. I thought that would have made it safe enough to ship, but I was mistaken seeing as the packages were handled so poorly there is now a huge dent in the corner of my...

Hi, What i'm experiencing are random reboots (it happened 4 times), BUT while i was navigating in google maps, or watching a video on Youtube. I'm getting a BSOD 9C What lead up to this is: I have a Lenovo T510 laptop with dual boot Win7 & XP running fine. I cloned the hard drive to a SSD with Macrium Reflect. I inserted the new SSD into a Lenovo W540 laptop. I have booted into a Win7 sp1 DVD. It found the installed Win7. It tried to do a repair. I ran that three times. It will boot to the Windows Error Recovery screen.

So I completed this build about a month ago, and haven't had any problems with it at all until last night. It's my first attempt at putting together a computer so I'm sure I've got something wrong somewhere. Last night while playing WoW (and two times since then), the screen went black and the computer randomly rebooted. Checked the dump files and saw it was BSODs. BlueScreenView seems to be...
