hi, so a few days ago i got some blue screens when i ran avast, so i decided to uninstall it to see if it was the problem, for a moment everything was fine but now i get blue screens when i don't do anything for a set amount of time ( usually 15 minutes) . where are the files saved from the diagnostic tools for bsod?

As it is not listed in the posting instructions, looked around in my documents and such, but i cannot find the created files from the diagnostic tools. Checked also the map the tools end when downloaded.
Please let me know where i can find them and how they are named after creation. i did also check on date modified. Should i add only 1 or is adding 2 files better?

Random BSOD when there is no load on the PC
Throughout this week my PC has bluescreened about 3 times, all three times occured when the PC was NOT under a load. Mostly happens when i'm on google chrome for some reason. My Temperatures are fine CPU + GPU idle at 30 degrees Celsius. Under a gaming load the CPU sometimes hits 50ish degrees and GPU sometimes 40-60. BSOD during normal PC use, error 0x0000009f
I suddenly experienced BSODs on my laptop last night.
To no avail, i had no spare computer to do the troubleshooting,
so I decided to have the OS (win7ult32bit) reinstalled.
I actually had no recollection of the error code, all I knew is that it said
Bad Pool Header.
After reinstalling the OS, drivers, programs, etc, it was working fine until now. It crashed again,

BSOD random on only 1 out of 4 users
I have a PC with 4 user accounts, 1 is admin, remaining no admin rights.
On admin account it sometimes BSOD's without any obvious reason. Unfortunately this happens daily.
It does it without any obvious program, sometimes even when not used.
It doesnot happen on other accounts.
