I downgraded from windows 8 to windows 7 64 bit and after trying lots of steps (with help from this forum) I eventually got all drivers installed and the USB 3.0 port working. However every time the PC tries to resume from sleep mode the PC freezes for about 25 seconds and then reboots with the USB_Bug_code BSOD error. See attached details of PC. I have the settings set to give a minidump. I don't know if it should be set to kernel? but I have it set to minidump.

BSOD and not responding

Random BSOD 117 Even when computer is idle.
I get 2-4 times in a 3 hour period a 117 BSOD.
This can happen right after a reboot... or after hours of use. There is no pattern. Sometimes a game is open- sometime a browser is open.
I've tried many driver versions... re-installed the OS from scratch. Nothing I do seems to resolve it for any extended period of time.

BSOD when executing any programs - after Windows Update HP 8470p
Hi everyone
Not sure if it's a coincidence or not but for the past 3 days i have been getting persistent BSOD's after Windows Updates ran. I did do a system restore to before the updates were installed but i am still getting BSOD
I have reseated the memory and HDD. Run diagnostic tests for hardware. Updated Display drivers etc to no avail

Frequent BSOD Asus N56VM
Evening guys,
at my wits end. Getting random BSOD's almost every day, sometimes several in a few hours. Usual forum trawling but the bsod codes seem to vary wildly.
Was running Win7 and getting the BSOD's so after updating every driver I could I finally decided to go Win8 just in case...made no difference. Hence the posting in Win7 forum as am going to go back to Win7.

Seemingly random BSODs when browsing the internet
I am posting here because I am going crazy trying to figure out why the computer randomly reboots and the community here seems very helpful. The components in my system are listed below:

BSOD after power outage, won't boot

I am having an issue with booting up my custom built desktop, but first I'll give a chain of events to help you better understand the situation.
I was surfing the web, when a power outage hit for about 15 seconds or so. Everything is plugged into a surge strip built for a computer. When the power came back on, I waited for a bit, then powered it up. The post logo and whatnot appeared...

BSOD after installing and playing Rust
Not much to say-started after I alt tabbed during game play. I am not familiar with computers but I learned that the 3b error code is graphic driver, memory issue, or antivirus issue.I imagine my dump files will reveal everything. Windows 7 crashing after waking up from sleep or being shut off.
I've been trying to fix this for a couple weeks, reinstalling windows and tests hardware and nothing. Windows will work for a couple days and then randomly it'll just crash windows after turning back on. I'm thinking it's a possible driver issue but not sure. error leaving PC on overnight - Random!
My PC gets a blue screen of death overnights only when it is not being used. I have overclocked my GPU but it has been overclocked for a while and it never use to reboot overnight. Last night I got the BSOD at around 3am.
I recently started running Folding@Home - I would like to continue to run Folding@home and would like to fix whatever is causing this issue

My almost fresh win 7 install crashes continiously
The Bsod blinks for a second (saying blahblah - I noticed no error codes), then system restarts
None of recovery methods will work, system restore gives 0x8000ffff error,
Startuprepair fails to fix the problem, saying
