So, today I was going to do some image editing, so I opened up photoshop cs6, and the computer crashed. So, I restarted the computer and opened up photoshop again. To my chagrin, it crashed again.
So I opened up the laptop reseated the ram, made sure nothings wrong, rebooted, and opened up photoshop. It crashed, again.

I was using the down-arrow key to scroll thru a web page in FireFox 26.0 and for the first time since buying this machine in late 2009 I got my first BSOD. Solved BSOD: 0xc000000f Unable to repair windows

BSOD several times, analyzer points to ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll
I have gotten the BSOD about 15 times over the past month or so, and I am not sure why. BSOD after exiting Battlefield 4
After exiting BF4 my computer Blue Screened and reset. I didn't catch what the blue screen said, but after reading the dump file it looks like cdd.dll is the culprit, but I'm not sure what the problem is specifically.

Question on SF Diagnostics
I should like to know how many files/folders should appear in the zipped folder that needs be sent to you.

BSOD after solving a problem by overwriting with older system image
Symptoms are that at start-up the system crashed. Turning the computer on by the on/off button, plug pulling or mains recycle had no effect. Strangley, what did work was to remove the power plug from the monitor and then reinsert it (the plug was secure before the removal and reinsertion.
SFDiagnostic file is attached, but if that is defective SF Debug files are available too.
