Acer keeps rebooting after Post, wont stop until battery is taken out

BSOD watching youtube video 0x00000124
With no warning i recieved a BSOD with 0x00000124 whilst watching a youtube video on my self built windows 7 gaming PC. Have had no issues up to now and the system usually runs cool with a cpu idle of around 30 degrees C. I'm at a loss really, the system is only 2/3 weeks old. Computer freezing randomly
Alright so I had another thread where my computer was freezing randomly but It only ever happened while browsing the web.
I upgraded my CPU and motherboard to

ASUS M5A99x Evo

BSOD after installing MAD CATZ R.A.T. 5 Mouse

Solved Windows 7 No text below icons Start menu not working bsod everytime

BSOD playing games with PS3 controller. Error 0x0000010d ntoskrnl.exe
This has happened twice now. Once while playing a Dreamcast emulator nullDC and another time playing Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade. I think Chrome was running in the background during both.
I used this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60QQGHEujw4 to be able to use my DualShock3 controller to play these games. I ditched MotionJoy because of suspicious activity, phoning home to China, etc....
