Good day everyone, I'm new here and I'm a noob on tech stuffs. So please explain something by spoon-feeding me if possible. Here is my problem: 2 days ago, I was playing DotA 2 on Steam for roughly 3-4 hours when suddenly while I was in-game, the game froze, I waited for about 2 minutes then the display had an "artifact"(where the display gets jumbled in color). Few seconds after that, I...

Hello folks, This morning I woke up to find that my computer had experienced a BSOD at approximately 3.30am while I was asleep, and had rebooted. As far as I know, there was nothing mysterious going on with my computer. I had left it to download during the night, and only utorrent and chrome were running. Now, whenever I boot into my windows, the whole system is very unstable. The boot up...

So this new build a mate of mine recommended to me, is currently going to BSOD while on desktop and not being used, playing games, running different programs. And this good mate pointed me in this direction. Attached the file requested by your guide, and hopefully, someone smarter than me, can make something out of it.

Sorry about the title, I couldn't view the dmp files no matter what I tried so I don't know the codes and what not. I am genuinely at a loss with the current BSOD's, my usual ones are usually caused by not enough voltage to the CPU, not this one though. Even with only a hanful of tabs and background applications open I'm still getting BSOD's. I have attatched the SevenForums diagnostics tool...

Never occurs while simply browsing or using youtube, social networks, etc. *Frequency*: Inconsistent. It may occur 3 mins in a game, or an...

Hello, We've been running Windows 7 professional x64 and have been getting BSOD errors at various frequencies. However, I have noticed a few patterns: - It seems to occur when we run the bioinformatic Geneious software, we've tried reinstalling it but that was not successful. Since this is the most computationally taxing task we perform, it may not be exclusive to this program. -Once...

Last month I started getting this BSOD, and I'm not sure the reason. I'd love help on what to do to see if anything I did caused this. I know prior to it happening AVG was accidentally set to delete a bunch of things and may have deleted some important files, but I'm not sure if it was just coincidental timing. Back in June I replaced my HD because the one I had for a long time died. I had Vista...

About a week ago, I downgraded my RAM from 2x2GB and 2x4GB to just the same 2x4GB. The computer had been stable for over a year and that is the only hardware change that has occurred just prior to the start of the BSODs. I have tried memory testing (both the Windows and Memtest) and moving the memory sticks around. I have confirmed and re-confirmed the timings in BIOS, including a CMOS...

Hello guys, I'm having a problem with my new TP-Link usb wireless adapter. The problem is that whenever I plug it out without safely remove, my pc will get bsod all the time. However, if I just left it there and not taking it out or safely remove before taking it out of usb port, it works just fine. I just want to know why it happens, or it is normal that when plugging out without safely...
