I actually rarely get the BSOD. Usually the computer just reboots with no error displayed, nothing recorded in the event log. Only Twice has the error, 0x0000009f, been recorded. I have attached the grab all from SF diagnostics tool. As far as I can tell there is no particular event that triggers the reboot. Any help will be greatly appreciated as this is extremely frustrating.

Mouse stuck and moving on its own.
Hello! My mouse on my costum rig is jacked up and is getting stuck at random points on my screen. Also will jumble around in vry small circles effectively preventing from getting my click on. Unmountable_Boot_Volume (Startup Recovery Disk isn't working also)

Computer won't restart. Have to hit reset button to get computer back
All of the sudden my computer is messing up. If I just start my computer up it boots up just like it should but lets say I install something and it says it needs to restart my computer is when it messes up.

conputer freezing even in safe mode
It started happening last night. Came home computer was locked up. Reboot it and 20 mins later it would lock up no bsod just full locked with some artifacts on the screen. Similar thing would happen in safe mode except it would reboot itself.
Still happening now except much more frequent and sometimes I get a bsod.

BSOD while in 'hibernate' or 'sleep'
Every single time, I leave my computer to 'hibernate' or 'sleep', it restarts. This has been going on for days. It used to say 'Error: Driver disk failure'. I am not sure if it is the same error now.

BSOD while gaming, multiple errors
I've been getting BSOD's quite a lot recently. It only seems to happen while gaming.
I put in a new graphics card a couple of weeks ago, the one I took out was fairly old so I couldn't play many games with it.
I've been looking at the error codes but I don't think it's the same one every time, and I've no real idea of what I'm looking at any way.
