I've been having issues with seemingly random BSOD for the last couple of months. Sometimes they'll be weeks apart, sometimes they're back to back. They can happen at boot, in the middle of a game. or simply sitting around idle when I'm not even at the keyboard.

BSOD (netio.sys) while running uTorrent on Win7x64

I have a Toshiba S855-S5254 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
For the past few days, I have been facing frequent BSODs. I did some trial and error, and this is what I figured out:
All BSODs have the following key-words in the error message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and netio.sys
The BSOD happens with 5 minutes if I'm running uTorrent
No BSOD if uTorrent is not...

BSOD at random intervals - Locale ID 2057
Hi, this has been happening at completely random intervals with different programs running. I'll post some minidumps further down in hopes of eliminating the problems, I will also list various things I've already tried.

BSOD at random times (often at night when no one is using computer)
Hi,
I'm getting the BSOD at random times, with no pattern that I can figure out. Sometimes the crash happens while I'm working on the computer, sometimes it happens during the night when the computer is not in use. This computer is not used for games. I would say that 90% of what it's used for is web browsing. I've not noticed any patterns regarding what applications are running.
