Computer Unexpected Shutdown - Windows 7 64 Bit

I have a Dell Vostro 220 which I am using and it keeps locking up and turning off. This can occur within the first 3 minutes after Windows has loaded or after 45 minutes usage.

Freezing during anomalous times very random.
