I recently started building a new system and have been getting BSOD while trying to run Windows Update to install all the updates. The dumps seem to mainly point to ntoskrnl.exe
I have run memtest86+ overnight without error.

To start my laptop started out making weird glitchy noises whenever i was doing something on it and it started to get a little hot.
Then I would leave for a min and get a system memory dump / bluescreen. Then after wards it wouldn't load windows and just bluescreen after windows logo and restart. I let it do that for awhile and turned it off for a day then turned it back on. WAHLA it worked!...

BSOD during usual activity.
I have window 7 Professional 64 bits with service pack.
I was doing my usual things like surfing on net and suddenly BSOD occur.
I dont have idea which software/program casueed that BSOD. But 1 thing I would like to tell is that I have 1 new application that I recently installed 1 month before and that is "Dropbox". It always starts and run upon window startup. Here is my SF file.

BSOD 768_1 at random times
I get a blue screen every 5 or 10 minutes. It's always 768_1. After 2 attempts, I was able to paste the BSOD message into my post before it crashed. After a few more attempts I got the SF diagnostic tool downloaded so I could build a zip file and attach it. I wasn't sure I would ever get that far so I also attached a zip file of just the mini dump.

BSOD when idle, error 0x0000009f
My computer has started BSOD almost every time I leave my laptop with the lid closed for an extended period of time. The SF tool wasn't able to grab most of the things it was supposed to, so I threw in the information I got from Blue Screen View and copied the dump file. Is this enough information, or is there something more I need to do?

PC locks up randomly so far when idle, error 0x0000003b
My PC started randomly locking up on me. It has not done it while I am working on it (good excuse to stay on it!!), it always locks up while I am away and the system is idle. Solved Random BSODs while playing games and browsing
Just recently started getting BSOD every time I try to do pretty much anything. I've had them while playing Civ 5, browsing on Chrome, while trying to install various programs. They are slightly random, but they will not happen if the computer is inactive. Thanks in advance for help.

I have been getting multiple BSODS since day one
Hello Sevenforums! I built my computer about 2 and half weeks ago and from day one I have been getting multiple BSODs.:mad: These BSODs are the following:

Random BSODs and Freezes
Hello,
I get a BSODs randomly a couple times a week and freezes mostly while watching videos with VLC or KMplayer.
The first time happened after I changed settings like no mouse shadow etc to make it run faster which I undid later on and haven't changed since.
