BSOD randomly when sometimes playing Minecraft or on Skype

I keep getting a BSOD randomly when on my PC. I have noticed it happening when on Skype, but it has also happened while playing minecraft so I don't know. BSOD when returning from sleep state
In addition, it often says it can't start the screen saver before it goes to sleep (probably not related, but who knows... thought I'd mention it). I keep forgetting to write down which error it displays, if it happens before it's resolved, I'll make sure to do so.

BSOD seems to occur at random
The error screen does not seem to be related to any specific program that I can see. Sometimes it happens over 5 times a day and sometimes not for a week.
Let me know if I need to get more data/specs on my pc.
It is more frequent recently and I really want to solve this issue.

Random BSOD and happening more and more often.
This is the info I have on it. I tried to open the minidump files but it won't let me.

The SF Diagnostic Tool couldn´t create the file I guess that you announced would end up at my desktop as expected. The file that you suggest me to compress and deliver as an attachment either were invisible or failed to be created by the SF Diagnostic Tool. BSOD after updating Nvidia drivers

I updated my nvidia drivers the other night to v320.49 and got a blue screen whilst playing Guild Wars 2.
I then later got another blue screen that same night whilst removing some programs.
I have been doing my own search for the root of the problem and when I use the Windows 7 Memory Diagnostic Tool, it comes up with a hardware error.

Multiple BSODs while playing games, up to 3 times a day.
So, as a noob I have no idea what BSOD mean other than my computer is about to fail at any minute. I tried to get help from Microsoft, but they said that the best thing to do is to update my drivers. Since my drivers don't have any updates at all, I've no idea what to do. My computer is Sony Vaio, model VGN-AW41ZF/B and system is Windows 7 Home Premium.
