BSOD randomly while downloading and gaming

Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown blue screen

BSOD (ntoskrnl.exe) after boot/idle/playing browser flash games
I have been getting the BSODs for 3 days now (started on 19/07/2013).
They happened more or less at random times.
First time right after boot I launched a browser flash game and that killed it.
Then I was changing settings of Steam and it died again
One more time happened while I was waiting for it to boot, was not touching anything even.

Computer freezing while browsing/typing on the internet.
Basically my computer only freezes when I'm on the internet or typing in a text field like google/address bar. Never when I'm playing modern games like Counter Strike GO, Civ V, Sim City, or other new games like that. It has froze a couple times while using a music production software like Sonar X2 though.

BSOD with no specific situations/conditions observed
My computer has been experiencing BSOD, and it seems to happen randomly. I can't pinpoint a specific thing that initiated it because it just seems to happen at any time, opening word documents, browsing the web, etc.
This is after a fresh install. It happened previously, and I figured I just need to reformat and do a fresh install.

Seemingly Random BSOD or Black Screen + Windows Failed Update

BSOD streaming video / Guild Wars 2
Most BSOD crashes occur while streaming video on twitch.tv or while playing Guild Wars 2. I am also, crashing while AFK with streaming video paused (i.e. youtube or twitch.tv) and non-BSOD freezes while browsing webpages using minimal video in Firefox or Opera.
