Random Driver Related BSOD (ntoskrnl.exe and ntfs.sys)

I get this BSOD every 3 days or so, and when I run WhoCrashed it claims that it is related to the two files mentioned in the title which are apparently driver issues, but all of my drivers are up to date so I really don't know where to start. I don't believe that it's a problem with the memory, as these aren't hardware issues according to the software I used to identify them, they're driver...

Been playing Dawn of War 1 for about 2-3 months. Apart from the occasional crash when exiting the game (it gives me the game's own "Report error" bugsender with send/don't send options) there hasn't been any problems. I didn't give it much thought: sure, games crash occasionally and this one is almost 10 years old. Two weeks or so ago, it straight out BSOD-ed me on exit and I haven't played it...

I have had issues with BSODs for some time now. I have tried dealing with them on my own without much success and eventually asked at another forums but did not receive much help. I usually get them when the system is idle over night but occasionally get them in other situations. There are several different error codes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I re-purposed a supermicro server to give to a family member. But, it is having an issue with BSOD's in Windows 7 64-bit. Essentially, it often gets BSOD's when waking from sleep mode. The system ran esxi for over 3 years without so much as a hiccup, but new hardware has been added in order to use it as a desktop. The new/old hardware added: ATI X1600 Corsair m4 128 SSD Corsair Power...

Hi everyone, I have been getting a lot of BSODs recently. They have occurred while running antivirus and malware scans, programming in Eclipse, and while just browsing the internet. Another issue that has coincided with this is that Chrome tabs seem to start crashing soon before the BSODs occur. When my comp has made it through the scans without crashing, Malwarebytes and Comodo both found...

I get the BSOD every couple of weeks. Most of the research I've done indicated that it was probably an out of date driver, but I've updated everything I could (at least everything that I'm aware of). I can't pinpoint any specific activity that causes it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen similar threads, but I think my issue is different as the solutions haven't worked for me. I ran the SF diagnostic, but it didn't place a folder on my computer to zip and upload. If someone could help me with that step, I can get this started, :)

First of all, hello! I am new to the forums, and new to trying to fix a computer I built :( I am not totally dumb, but I am having a really hard time with this PC pretty much since I built it. I have had a bunch of people I thought were good with computers (and probably really are) look at it and no one has really been able to get the problems to go away. One of the issues I had was a variety...

Hi guys, This is the second BSOD received & I've ran the debugging tools to conclude that its (pci.sys) causing my problem. The laptop is currently up to date and I thought that if I update again this BSOD would be resolved but now its already up to date. I enabled driver verifier to force another BSOD if problems occur but any ideas.? Thx.

Hi, I'm new here, but you seem like a helpful group so thought I'd give it a try. I've been having a few problems since Friday that have left my PC unable to boot. Some background first (which may or may not be relevant): - Turned on my PC a couple of weeks ago and it said it was installing new hardware, thought that was weird but let it pass. It was the IDE drivers by the way. - Turned on...

BSOD playing some FLASH games

When children play Adobe flash games (not all, only some) the computer falls in BSOD. Any other games (including hard 3D games and 3D-tests) and apps work well (of course, there were some errors but withous BSOD). I suggest some driver is responsible for BSOD, but what driver? Thanks for your attention to my problem.
