Multiple BSOD Brand New Win7 Pro 64bit 0x19 and 0x3b

I am at a loss here I have gotten multiple BSOD's on my new Laptop. I am currently trying to use the SF Diagnostic Tool to grab my dumps for uploading but getting a weird \\desktop (file://\\desktop) not found error.
I have downloaded and run the bluescreenview utility, I have attached screen shots of the properties for each BSOD as well as zip files of the minidumps.

Constant BSOD's and program crashes while in use or idle

Random BSOD first started after uninstalling/installing Arcgis
Please help.
I get random BSOD in Windows every few minutes. First started after unistalling Arcgis 9.4 and installing Arcgis 10.1 through daemon tools lite. I already removed Arcgis, tried to update all my drivers, ran memtest overnight (6 passes, no errors), uninstalled Avast and Daemon tools lite (including sptd.sys). Without any positive results (besides more diskspace :p).

Solved BSOD on Acer Aspire 5741G Notebook
Since 1 month I have trouble with Bluescreens and I don´t know what to do. They show up pretty randomly. I have checked already the ram and 500Gb HDD. I already installed a new audio driver and it is still coming up.
Please help me! I attached all dump files I had. I already set the whole notebook back to original status after saving my data externally...

Computer freezing a lot
I feel something is wrong with my explorer.exe because it seems to freeze and then just lock up my whole system. I am not getting blue screens, but I am forced to restart the PC every time.

Bad Pool Header BSOD
This has happened several times. Usually the only thing I have open is web browsers.
This has happened with Firefox open, but most recently with Chrome open.

BSOD & memory dump while browsing / open Office programs
BSOD and memory dump, it begins yesterday and happened continuously every time when I opened Office programs or Photoshop, or when I'm browsing. My laptop is nearly 3 years old, and it never had any problem until yesterday.
I have attached the files, can anyone help me with this problem? Any help would be great.

Rare BSOD became far too common
Attached the latest W7F Diagnostic zip. It all seems to have started on the 19/12/12, early in the morning when I turned the computer on before going to college. I logged in, then went to have my wash. On returning to the computer, it was magically back at the login screen. I didn't think much of it. It also seems to have happened on Christmas Day, and I wasn't at the computer at that time...

New computer BSOD everytime I play a game
I just got a new computer the other day. Custom built pc. I built it with gaming in mind. Everything seems to run fine, except when I try to play games.
A couple games will simply just crash to the desktop, while one in particular, Tera Online, will give me a BSOD. Often anywhere from a minute to 20 minutes into playing.
