New computer will not 'Shut down' - restarts instead with error msg.
Hello there guys,
I'm having a problem turning off my computer system that I just finished putting together with all new components. Every time I "Shut down" my system simply restarts back to the desktop with the message:
"Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown"
I end up by having to perform a manual hard shutdown. Details of the problem are listed below:

Random Hangs With Fresh Install, Crucial M4 SSD
I've spent my whole day trying to figure out what is going on with this to no avail
*What I've Done:*
Installed w7 ultimate 64-bit OS on Crucial M4 drive that was acting up and freezing
Continued freezing after installing drivers, stable for 10-30mins then freeze, requires hard reset every time
updated FW to 000F as recommended, same deal

New build, BSOD when installing more than 2Gb of memory
Hi,
This problem has been driving me crazy for some time now and I can't find any solutions anywhere.

Random BSODs [+NETIO.sys, afd.sys, tcpip.sys]
Just after upgrading to Windows 8 x64 I started getting some BSODs while on Windows.
I have already tried to update the LAN driver according to Asus's recommendation, but it didn't helped at all.
EDIT: It usually happens when I'm doing whatever on Windows, but it's quite common if I'm using YouTube on Opera.

May have messsed up OS, tried restore things still not working...Help!
Summary: Something with my OS got messed up. When I tried to look at "my computer" the window sat there loading for 20 minutes with the green bar sitting at 95% forever.
